Who we are

Harper Labs AI LLC ("Harper Labs", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, operates this website and the services available through it. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you provide — your name, email, company, and any message text when you submit a form or start a checkout. Required to deliver the services you ask for.
• Payment information — handled exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive the result of the payment (success/failure, last 4 digits, country).
• Operational data — request logs, error reports, and basic anti-abuse signals (IP, timestamps). No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are loaded on this site.

How we use it

• Reply to your inquiry and deliver the services you bought
• Send transactional emails (receipts, project updates)
• Operate, secure, and improve our infrastructure
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, court orders)

We do not sell your data, ever. We do not use it to train any model unless you specifically opt in to a service that says it will.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge security
• AgentMail — email notifications to our team
• Anthropic — when you specifically engage a service that uses Claude on your data, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API per Anthropic's commercial terms (no training on your inputs)

We use no cookies for tracking. The only cookies set by this site are strictly functional (session, CSRF) when you sign in to a customer area.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address above. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have the rights granted by GDPR; California residents have the rights granted by CCPA/CPRA.

Retention

We keep customer records for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Web inquiries that don't become engagements are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
